SUBJECT: FAMILY GROUP TERM LIFE INSURANCE PLAN

Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company will be having their annual OPEN ENROLLMENT for the voluntary group term life insurance plan during the period of March 3rd to April 30th, 2008. This plan is offered by Richard Smith & Associates, Inc.,

This insurance is available for all active full-time employees who are working at least 30 hours per week.  This plan has the following important features:

1.                  Insurance is available to spouse and children

2.                  Availability of a “living benefit rider” equal to 50% of the death benefit, to a maximum of $250,000, if you become terminally ill and have met all requirements.

The maximum guaranteed amount available without evidence of insurability during an annual enrollment is limited to $10,000.00, if you have not already reached the $100,000.00 maximum guaranteed amount, and are under age 60.  If you are between 60 and 70 and have not reached the $20,000.00 guaranteed amount you are eligible for an additional $10,000.00.

The maximum amount of coverage an employee or spouse may purchase with evidence of insurability (the 5 questions in section C) is $500,000.00
