Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company will be having their annual OPEN ENROLLMENT for the voluntary group term life insurance plan during the period of July 1st through August 31, 2008. This plan is offered by Richard Smith & Associates, Inc..

This insurance is available for all active full-time employees who are working at least 30 hours per week.  This plan has the following important features:

1.  Insurance is available to spouse and children

2.  Availability of a “living benefit rider” equal to 50% of the death benefit, to a maximum of $250,000, if you become terminally ill and have met all requirements.

3. Members and spouses up to age 60 may purchase a maximum of $500,00 each with evidence of insurability.

4. $10,000 guaranteed issue available to active full time members during this open enrollment.

5. If you terminate your employment, you may keep this insurance.
